I mean, the guy is super chill and he sells you cool weaponry; why would you murder such a nice and elegant man? Well to me, the answer is simple: he has a nice house. But we all gotta sleep sometime. I mean, trespassing is probably a bit immoral.
Look on the bright side, my immoral friend! As many other homes on this list, you will need to drop your moral standards below ground level if you wish to get this house for yourself. So I know that killing Fargoth is a but of an immoral act, given that the guy is actually pretty friendly. You can "buy" a house during the quests of one of the Three Great Houses. You can fight up to three times in the Arena, at the last quest for a few factions.
The rewards are pretty neat. User Info: jepaan. Im starting House Hlaalu faction now, I'll see if I can 'buy' the house between the missions User Info: jonas They'll tell you when you can "buy" the house themselves, don't worry.
Morrowind is, unfortuately, a game where you can't buy, but only build houses. It's a good break-in to working the construction set to make yourself a dream home, there are plenty of faqs on how to work it if you google search "morrowind construction set tutorials. You could certainly go simpler than that. Other option is to find a house you like and move in. Should someone be living there already, their level is probably not as high as yours, so they shouldn't be too hard to.
How much of rational behavior is only rational when rationalized? User Info: evangelion I have a nice house in Balmora where the person mysteriously froze to death.
Very wierd. But as long as there aren't any people in a building, you can keep your stuff in them without losing it. Although I've only left it in boxes, so I don't know if you can just leave it laying around, but I've never had any trouble with my stuff disappearing.
And if you want a nice mansion, try Hlaalu Mansion in Balmora. The house is deserted except for a single servant, and if you're a decent level, she'll be dead before anybody can hear her scream. Styg Innuendo in your endo. It's Hlaalu. Stonehaven View Profile View Posts. Originally posted by Crimson - Arctic Ops :. Last edited by Stonehaven ; 3 Jul, pm. Originally posted by Stonehaven :. Well i havent noticed any adverse effects from doing this.
Can you explain how i can tell if what you mention is actually happening? I have tons if items in there now, Ive also cleaned out some runins nearby and stored the stuff there before i sold them. There's a locked house in Balmora that you can unlock with a scroll as soon as you get to town.
Inside is a dead guy. There's a quest associated with the dead guy; and most importantly, the dead guy is a fantastic storage device. He's permanent if you don't dispose of him, so don't worry about him rotting away.
There's also a number of crates and sacks to store stuff in. The house is on the west side of town, upper level, more or less across from the Hlaalu council building. Makes a good home.
